  What happened to this clinic!? I used to be a regular and was always amazed by the friendly service of all staff and quality care of my regular dentist here. The clinic was always super accommodating and processed insurance claims and there was never a problem. My regular dentist no longer works here but I thought i'd give it a shot anyway. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist I spoke to alleged that the clinic will no longer process insurance claims outside the hours of 9am-3pm on weekdays. This is preposterous! What happens if your appointment finishes at 3.05pm (?) This clinic has lost my business for life as I simply cannot fathom why this restriction is in place.
