  Seems like every franchise is owned by different proprietor. Went to the one on level 5, bloke called Steve did my flip key and remote for Ford Focus. Works wonders, price was competitive as well. Quoted me $230 but ended up paying $200 for it. Would definitely recommend.

  Customer service was seriously terrible, it was one thing to over stretch my shoes, but the owner was very rude about it. I'll be going to another Mr minit. If you plan on getting leather shoes stretched out, make sure you tell them to stretch it only A LITTLE BIT! Apparently he told me to let them sit for a few days a without wearing them and they should shrink back, which I'm fine with but his attitude sucked!
