  Asif Raza
  Mistake to use their conveyancing service for my property purchase. Very slow on taking action and responding, had to do lots of follow up to make things moving. Clearly, their lack of experience on settlement caused me loss as they did not actively report issues with property to seller party. However, seller wouldn't help. Absolutely no response to my emails and phone calls after the payment which left me dealing on my own with the mess caused by them. They did the minimum job so giving 2 stars however would not recommend them,
