  Basil Prasad is not a professional at all. He lacks customer service skills, respect and manners. He is not accommodating to your needs because he refuses to listen and makes mistakes that could cost you a call from the ATO later down the track because he cuts corners.
  
  He does not process your tax return while you are there, he puts it through at a later date, which makes me concerned to the point I`m questioning his integrity and honesty.
  
  He demands to get paid in cash and refuses to use eftpos - makes you wonder why? is he evading his own tax? cash in hand? Dodgy don`t you think?
  
  He brags about himself being a professional when he is far from that, says he has 2 university degrees so this suffice his despicable, self absorbed and self centered attitude and behaviour. Basil it`s your manners that make you a great professional not your university degree`s.

  Basil Prasad is not accommodating to your needs. He always tries to make you come into the office when it is convenient for him, not you. He has poor customer service skills. He did not inform me of the price change from $120 to $130 and lied that he "cannot accept card because debit card machine was suspended". He made me go and find an ATM machine so he could get cash instead. He then called me the next day saying that if I make a complaint about him, then he'll take me down in court! He shouldn't be making threats like that to clients. I WON"T BE GOING BACK to BASIL PRASAD. Whatever you do, go find SOMEONE ELSE to do your tax returns / financial services.
